Foldable smartphones have introduced an exciting new form factor to
look forward to over the traditional glass sandwich design we’ve been
seeing for over a decade. The new design is apparently in such a high
demand that Motorola is actually having a hard time keeping up with it.
The Motorola Razr 2019 is essentially the classic Razr flip phone
reimagined as a foldable smartphone of the modern era. Its launch has
received so much attention that Motorola has been forced to delay
shipping to an undisclosed date.
As mentioned in the statement, the delay is not going to be significant, so we can expect a launch date no later than Q1 202o.
Motorola is working tooth and nail to meet consumer demand and a
launch date for pre-orders and shipping should be announced soon.
Motorola Razr 2019 will first hit the US and an international release is
expected a few weeks later.
