A few days ago, we learned that Galaxy S10 Plus is going to have a quad camera set up on the rear with a large curved screen. Now, Samsung Galaxy S10 has started making rounds with a design having two rear cameras.
The two other (non-Plus) variants of the S10 will have a 5.8” screen differentiated by screen type, i.e., one curved and one flat (the base model).
The image below does not show the sides clearly, but the case has no cutouts for a power button/FP reader combo. Which means that the model in the image is likely to be a curved screen model with an in-display fingerprint reader.
As for the base model, it is going to have a side-mounted reader. Nevertheless, we know one thing for sure: we are clueless about how many cameras each model shall have.
There is another thing we cannot guess from the image, the performance of the chipset. The Galaxy S10 Plus is going to sport Exynos 9820 that has an impressive AnTuTu score, based on previous leaks. However, S10’s Snapdragon 855 version beats that in terms of speed.
Here’s a leaked image of the benchmarks.
According to the benchmark, the new Qualcomm chip beats the Samsung chipset and the Kirin 980 with respect to GPU, CPU, and AI performance. The difference is marginal though.
