With the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 in full swing, the
rumor mill has churned out some more juicy new details about upcoming
phones. This time we have info about Samsung’s heavily teased Galaxy F foldable phone.
According to a report from The Investor, a South Korean journo,
Samsung brought along the Galaxy Fold to the CES this year. They showed
off the elusive foldable phone to select partners behind closed doors
with no images or videos leaking out. However, they do have some
interesting info about Samsung’s prototype.
The phone is easily breakable in its current state. We’re not sure
how many times you can fold and unfold it before it breaks down, but
Samsung is looking to improve that. But, it seems like you can’t fully
fold the phone in half, otherwise, it would break.
One of the sources for The Investor told them,
They haven’t finalized the name for it yet, it could very well be
Galaxy Fold or Galaxy Flex. As for its price, rumors say that it will be
somewhere between $1,500 and $2,000.
