Vivo quietly launched Y89 for online sales in China. Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, Vivo Y89 began shipping on AliExpress even before its official announcement.

The device features the same design aesthetics from the last year, rocking a 6.26 inch full-view FHD+ display and a waterdrop notch on top. A 16MP selfie shooter is what you get built inside the notch whereas the back comes with dual camera setup of 16MP + 2MP along with a fingerprint sensor.

The new Vivo handset has a hybrid SIM slot that'll support either two SIM cards or just one sim card and an external microSD card of up to 256GB. Apart from a good amount of RAM and storage, the Y89 also packs a decent battery capacity of 3260mAh that'll keep you going for a day without a recharge.
The Y89 smartphone from Vivo comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and of course a nice gradient color back with a blast of bright colors. Black color option is also available through it's selling on Aliexpress as 4GB/64GB variant only, at approximately 266 US dollars.
