Samsung is working on three versions of its next-generation Galaxy S
Series. The new Galaxy S10, according to the leaks, would have Super
AMOLED screens that cover the entire front and have no "notch", but
rather a hole on top for an under screen front camera.
New leaks seem to confirm that both the Samsung S10 and
the Galaxy S10 Plus will have the fingerprint reader integrated under
the screen. Although it is not clear whether these will have a headphone
jack or not, as we haven't yet heard anything officially on it. The
company also preferring to make increasingly thinner phones now which is
also quite evident from the new designs. And finally, Samsung has also
included a triple main camera system on the back.
But undoubtedly the most interesting of these leaks is an end to end
all-screen AMOLED panel that occupies almost the entire front of the
phone, without bezels or even a "notch" that is being adopted by so many
other companies, including Apple, OnePlus, Google and many others.
Small holes to hide the front camera behind the panel is definitely a
better decision and the designer Ben Geskin has just recently shared
what the Galaxy S10 would look like, based on these leaks.
It is speculated that the company will also present its first folding
smartphone next to the S10, but we will have to wait until the beginning
of 2019 to know for sure.
