Realme is one of the toughest contenders that has been presenting itself as a 'dangerous' Xiaomi
/ Redmi rival in recent times. All of that does seem to be coming true
as the Redmi unpack event is getting closer. The Realme X will be
presented in the event scheduled for the next Wednesday, May 15, but the
handset is already creating sensations on the web every other day with a
leak or a rumor.
Now,
few key specs got confirmed and are making rounds on the internet after
the upcoming flagship paid an official visit to the Geekbench website.
Earlier rumors suggested a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor. However,
it does not seem like happening. As according to the Geekbench's latest
listings, Realme X will come with a Snapdragon 710, the exact same processor used in the Realme 3 Pro.
The performance test also confirmed that it will be arriving with an 8GB
of RAM to run the latest Android. Although the processor is not so
powerful as compared to an SD730. However, the Large RAM will ensure an
above-average performance especially when it will come to the
multitasking.
Thanks to the countless leaks and rumors, we already know practically everything the new Realme X mid-ranger has to offer. Expected to arrive with a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, The Redmi X comes with a Pop-Up selfie camera without any notch or a punch hole. The fingerprint reader is also believed to be an in-display one, as there's nothing on the back.
In the realme photographic department, you will have to count on a Dual rear camera setup. The setup consists of a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor + a secondary 5-megapixel lens. On the front, a 16-megapixel rising camera is dedicated full time to the selfies. Powered by a 3,700 mAh battery with fast charging support, It will have the latest Android Pie OS with ColorOS 6.0 on top.
It is confirmed that the Chinese manufacturer is also launching RealMe X Pro, along with the X, and
this Pro variant is what everybody, is so excited about. It is expected
to be its first high-end smartphone from the company and is said to
feature the mighty Snapdragon 855. In addition, it will have a
triple rear camera setup that will further enhance the photography
experience. Once arrived to face the top-notch Redmi K20 Pro, It's almost certain that the price will be something difficult to resist.
